When the transmission bill is bigger than the month
Transmission and engine repair work can be complicated, and the shop says so itself. That is the repair where a new or used transmission, or a full engine replacement, can land on one bill. The ASE-certified master technicians diagnose first, so the estimate you hear is for the work the car needs. The estimate is free and usually comes back the same day.
With the number in hand, ask about financing. Car Care One offers six months same as cash on approved credit, and the other three lenders are there if that one does not fit. Other ways to pay
